| - Try Again so it's been a really long time since i've written anything and most likely no one reads this. but. i have some interesting and exciting news -
i'm engaged!!!
we went on a vacation/road trip with my parents and my brother to western canada... we made our way from vancouver through whistler.. to jasper, banff and lake louise and then back. the canadian rockies are absolutely beautiful. even to someone like me, who much prefers the beach on any given day. anyway even after almost a week with my family richard was still holding out strong and didn't even try running away, hehe. and then he and my dad went to play golf in banff and to have some one on one "guy time"
all of westerna canada is beautiful, but lake louise is especially so. richard proposed to me on 8.2.06 in a canoe on lake louise ... yes, it was romantic, but also very scary. i didn't know what he was doing when he was trying to make his way to the center of the canoe... i actually told him to go back! i was really scared that we were going to tip over and fall into the water... but it turned out to be one of the happiest moments of my life! i'm really happy... ahh, and as an added bonus the ring is absolutely gorgeous - i love it!  i hope some of you will be able to celebrate with us... we're planning on a wedding in june 2007 in korea.. more details to come...

| leaving for chicago on monday. how sad.
2005 is almost over... but for once, i am looking forward to the new year ^_^

| a very sudden change in plans for break:
leaving for la thursday morning from chicago
leaving for seoul from la on monday night
coming back to chicago on the morning of the 3rd
and then begins the pain...
i know i am so going to regret my procrastination "holiday" these past 2 months...
but it's been so good.... 
sigh.
looking forward to some warm weather. it's been non stop snow here...
the only upside of this inclement weather is that it's making the awd really worth it haha..

it has recently come to my
attention that this past quarter at med school has been by far the
worst month of procrastination since.. hrm, perhaps freshman year of
college. but that's ok. i've had some worthwhile distractions. ^_^
going home in a week 
and when i come back, i WILL study.

| so i'm going to the u2 concert next wednesday and i am both happy and sad.
it turns out that keane is opening for them in newyork and boston
and then kanye west is opening for them in st louis and some other places
and what about chicago?
dashboard confessionals. not that they're bad.. but they're no keane or kanye...
oh well.
keane is in concert -- i could always go ...
